When purchasing items, please make sure you have entered your Minecraft account name and that it is spelt correctly. Also be sure that if you purchase a key, your inventory is not full as it may not give you the key. Allow a few minutes for purchases to apply to the account in-game. Once again if you have any issues please email or message us and we will sort your issue as soon as possible.
